Balikutsa (balicutsa) is a uniquely Ilokano ultra sweet candy-like invention made from cooked, molten and sticky sugarcane mollasses stretched white and "curled".
Our Balikutsa is freshly prepared in Ilocos.
Plunge 1 or 2 pieces of this sweet creation into your hot cup of coffee as replacement of your usual sugar.
Recommended use is 1 piece for an 8 ounce cup of coffee. Add more to taste.
