Embracing structure and practicing routines provides children with a strong foundation from which they can learn and build new skills. “Sloth’s Daily Plan” outlines the routines that help Sloth feel safe and secure throughout his day. This story also reminds us that everyone deserves time and space for self-care (caregivers included!) and that it’s important to take breaks to ensure our needs are being met.
