CASCARA COFFEE CHERRY TEA
Made from the sun-dried skins of coffee cherries and enjoyed as refreshing fruit teas, delicious hot or cold, cascara tastes excellent all year round.
Coffee is first de-pulped to make cascara, and the cherry skins are collected and washed. They are sterilized with ozone water, ensuring any potential bacteria are killed. After the skins are washed, they are sun-dried and prepared for export.
