Tropix is the first commercially made Coconut Drops company in Canada and is proudly woman-owned. Beyond just a passion for founder Denise, crafting delicious Coconut Drops is a demonstration of her commitment to quality. These tasty treats have a long history and tradition in Jamaica. For decades they have been made in small batches only in home kitchens and are still done that way today. And despite their popularity, they weren't always readily available in stores. Being a lover of everything coconut Denise believes these irresistible snacks deserve availability and recognition in stores. That’s why she started Tropix, created new flavours, in bold packaging, and made them accessible to a wider market.
