The yoga pad is a mini version of the Moonholi yoga mat. It can provide extra comfort, stability and grip. If your elbows, knees or other parts of your body are sensitive and you prefer a little extra support, place the mini yoga pad on a full-size mat and use it during your practice. The mini yoga pads are also great when you practice inversions, e.g. in the eagle position or handstand.
If you prefer to exercise on a thinner mat, adding a mini yoga pad will also reduce pressure on your knees, wrists, and ankles during your practice.
