If the weather in your location is upwards of 90 degrees, we might hold your order until it cools down a little bit. Since our halva does not contain any preservatives, like palm oil, it tends to get a bit oily in the heat. Please make sure to grab your halva shortly after it arrives and pop it in your fridge!

The halva is certified kosher by the Rabbinate of Ashdod. Please email us if you would like to see the certificate. Please note that the Halva Coated Pecans are now certified Kosher by the NFC, which is reflected on the packaging. The batch in this image was certified by the Rabbinate of Ashdod.
The halva pieces are packed upside down in a protective container. Flip each piece out of the container onto a cutting board when ready to serve.
Halva lasts for 4-6 months when stored in a cool, dry place, but we hope you eat it all before then! You can leave your halva in the small containers it ships in or in a similar airtight container. We don't recommend freezing halva, as it will damage the delicate, flaky texture.
