How to use:

As a Foot soak:

• Take a tablespoon of salt and put it in half a bucket of warm water
• Soak your feet in the water and sit back
• Relax for 10-15 mins or until the water gets cold
• You can also scrub some salt on your feet to remove dead skin
  
• Pat your feet and moisturize

For Bath:

• Take a handful of salt and put it in your tub with lukewarm water
• Sit back and relax for 10-15 mins or until the water gets cold
• Pat your feet and moisturize
