Botanical Name: Mentha Spicata

Main Constituents:  L-carvone: 65.23%, Limonene: 25%

Origin: India

Spearmint EO is steam distilled from the leaves & stems of this perennial herb plant. The oil is a thin, clear, colourless to pale yellow liquid that is a top note with a medium aroma. It has a characteristic scent sweeter than the minty aroma of peppermint.

Blends well with: Basil, Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Jasmine, Lavender and Rosemary.

• Encourages relaxation and helps reduce overheating (when used as bath oil)
• Antispasmodic - helps relieve muscle pain and eases menstrual cramps
