Our meditation mat is a slimmed-down, wider version of our zabuton. Giving you more leg space and a denser cushion. It is filled with high-density recycled chip foam to keep your legs and toes warm and toasty in the longest of meditations. The outer cover is made with organic cotton, is removable and machine washable.
We use 100% organic cotton twill for both the inner and outer cushion. Twill is a robust weave, ensuring a long lifespan. It is soft and soothing to the touch.

Our mats be used by themselves for meditation practice, but your comfort is enhanced when combined with a zafu to raise and tilt the hips, opening the front of your body for breath. The mat insulates you from the floor, and offers comfort beneath the legs and ankles.
The outer cover is machine washable at 30 C. You can tumble dry on a cool setting and iron on a warm setting.
