The grinding is smooth, stable, and comfortable and it is effective in grinding coffee fine enough for espresso brewing purposes, which is not typical for most hand coffee grinders. In addition, due to its physical and chemical properties, the burrs are neutral in terms of the effect on the taste of the coffee.
The new C40 MK4 models have been upgraded with a few comforting features: An almost indestructible and very light polymer container, redesigned mounting of the upper bearing and axle, as well as considerately chosen and carefully cut wood. This is why every grinder is a work of art. Its timber comes from the Black Forest in Germany.
