100% extra virgin olive oil, produced in California. This blend of olive oil is made using Arbequina olives that are commonly known from the Catalonia region of Spain. The result is a unique bright and fruity aroma, with flavors of artichoke and a hint of pepper that finishes beautifully with subtle pungency.
