How It Works

If you find a better price from a reputable distributor or supplier:

1. Send us the full written quote showing:

   1. The same SKU/product

   2. Blank cost, decoration method, shipping, taxes, and any setup fees

   3. Total cost as a comprehensive, itemized quote

2. Our team will verify the match and apply a discount of up to 3% below the competitor’s total price.

3. We’ll get your order moving with the same great PerkUp experience you know and trust.

Terms and Conditions

Effective: April 1, 2025

Valid Through: June 30, 2026 (subject to extension)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in PerkUp’s Price Match+ Guarantee Program (“Program”). By submitting a request under the Program, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms, which are subject to change without prior notice.

1. Program Eligibility

1.1 The Program is currently available only for qualifying orders submitted between April 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026, inclusive. PerkUp reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

1.2 The Program applies exclusively to product orders where the same SKU, product specifications, decoration method, and quantity are offered by both PerkUp and a competitor.

1.3 The Program is only available to business customers purchasing through PerkUp’s official sales channels. It is not available for personal or resale use.

2. Competitor Quote Requirements

2.1 To qualify for a price match, the Customer must submit a written quote from a reputable promotional product distributor or supplier, which includes all of the following:

• Identical product SKU and description

• Clear outline of product pricing, decoration costs, shipping, taxes, setup fees, and any other applicable charges

• Dated within 14 calendar days of the Customer’s submission to PerkUp

• Provided in PDF or other verifiable business document format

• Competitor contact information for verification

2.2 PerkUp reserves the sole right to determine whether a quote qualifies under these criteria. Quotes from unverified sources, online-only retailers, unauthorized resellers, or auction platforms (e.g., eBay, AliExpress) will not be accepted.

3. Discount Terms

3.1 Upon successful validation of a qualifying quote, PerkUp will:

• Match the total cost (as defined in Section 2.1), and

• Apply an additional discount of up to 3% below the verified total price

3.2 The exact discount amount will be determined by PerkUp at its sole discretion based on product availability, supplier cost structure, and fulfillment capacity.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

4.1 PerkUp reserves the right to decline a price match request under the following circumstances:

• The product is unavailable or discontinued in PerkUp’s supplier network

• The competitor’s pricing reflects a temporary clearance, loss-leader, or below-cost sale

• The quote is incomplete, expired, or lacking clear documentation

• The request pertains to a custom product or non-standard decoration

• Fulfilling the request would violate brand usage restrictions, manufacturer minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policies, or any intellectual property limitations

4.2 PerkUp reserves the right to limit the number of price match requests per customer or per account during the Program period.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Participation in the Program does not entitle the Customer to any guaranteed pricing benefits outside the Program’s specified duration and conditions.

5.2 All determinations made by PerkUp regarding quote validity, customer eligibility, and application of discounts shall be final and binding.

5.3 PerkUp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability of identical products, nor does it guarantee fulfillment of all price match requests. The Program is offered “as is” and is subject to modification or discontinuation at any time.

5.4 This Program is offered as a limited pilot initiative. PerkUp may choose to extend, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

5.5 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the Customer hereby submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
