Sebastian is a Customer Success Manager from Barranquilla, Colombia. Before PerkUp, he was a CSM at Deel and spent nearly three years at G-P managing global EOR accounts ranging from SMB to Enterprise clients, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to support companies operating across borders.

At PerkUp, Sebastian brings that global perspective to helping clients build and manage swag programs their teams will love. Outside of work, he stays active with workouts and football (soccer, for the Americans), and spends the rest of his free time being fully bossed around by his two dachshunds.
