THE PROBLEM

One brand, two regions, one kit design

Turing's team is split across the US and India, and when it came time to send branded swag, every recipient needed to get the same kit (meaning same items and same unboxing experiecnce) regardless of where they were based. Most swag vendors either source locally in each region, which creates design differentiation and quality gaps between batches, or ship everything from a single warehouse and absorb the international freight cost into the program budget.

Turing's order itself was substantial: 644 kits in total, with 453 going to team members in India and 191 to team members in the US. At that volume, even small per-unit shipping inefficiencies compound fast, and any inconsistency between the US and India kits would be visible across the company.

THE SOLUTION

One kit design, two regional warehouses

PerkUp produced a single kit design and routed fulfillment through its global warehousing network. The 453 India kits were shipped from a regional facility inside India, while the 191 US kits were shipped domestically. Every kit had the same items, same branding, and same packaging. Turing ran one approval cycle and one set of mockups instead of managing two parallel projects.

PerkUp's regional warehousing model also kept shipping costs predictable. Instead of paying international freight on 453 kits bound for India, those units stayed inside the region. Both halves of the order landed inside Turing's swag budget without compromising on what went into the kit itself.

THE RESULT

644 matching kits across two continents

Turing delivered 453 kits to team members in India and 191 to team members in the US, with every recipient getting the same branded experience regardless of geography. The split fulfillment kept shipping costs in line with the budget, leaving more room for the items inside the kit rather than spending the budget on international shipping.
