Corporate gifting can be a great way to boost your brand engagement. So, if you’re planning to use this strategy, it’s important to find a suitable gifting platform to help you. The question is: is CorporateGift.com suitable for your gifting needs? That’s what we aim to find out in this review, so let’s begin!

CorporateGift.com Overview

CorporateGift.com is a corporate gifting platform and marketplace designed to help businesses manage, automate, and streamline gifting programs. Founded in 2017 by co-founders Asi Erenberg, Maya Mordoch, and Nachshon Fishbane, the company is headquartered in New Jersey and continues to help enhance relationships with employees and clients through personalized gifts.

Main Features

What are some of CorporateGift.com’s key characteristics?

Large catalog of gifts, gift cards, and swag

CorporateGift offers thousands of gifts, including physical gifts, gift cards, and event swag. It offers high-quality gifts from various categories, such as tech, food and beverage, gift baskets, drinkware, and more.

Personalized eGifting

Customization and personalization are two of CorporateGift's main offerings. With this feature, you can send either your own personalized collection or the platform’s curated collection of gifts and give your recipients a virtual currency to let them select their preferred gifts. The platform also gives your recipients options to donate their gift value to their chosen charity, upgrade it and select another gift option, or re-gift it to someone else. Such options are based on your discretion.

Gift automation

The platform also has good automation features that enable you to simplify your gift sending. This feature allows you to send out gifts based on employee occasions such as work anniversaries and/or onboarding. You also have the ability to set up gifts in advance for events like trade shows or other promotions.

Pricing

CorporateGift has three different subscription tiers with various features. It also has other fees that you need to keep in mind. Let’s check them out!

Subscription plans

Starter

This tier is CorporateGift’s free plan, which is best suited for occasional gifting needs and single users. Under this tier, you can get access to the platform’s 15,000+ gift and swag options, samples and mockups, gift automation and scheduling, and streamlined bulk orders. You can also customize your gifts yourself and build gift wish lists for your recipients.

eGifting is also available under this plan; however, there is a 10% sending fee that will most likely be based on the amount of gifts you plan to send. You can also set up your custom eGift collections with a $499 setup fee. As for the warehousing and inventory, CorporateGift will charge you for $499 per project, which can still change depending on the number of gifts you have. Additionally, you can only send gifts to US-based recipients (excluding those in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

Power Gifter

Power Gifter is CorporateGift’s second tier, which is priced at $199 per month. It has all the features available in Starter with a couple of additions. For one, you will now have access to gift cards and exclusive retail brands in the platform’s marketplace. Creative services and custom kitting for swag kits, ZeroWaste group swag, insights and reporting, and a dedicated success manager are also available in this tier. You can also integrate your CRM and HRIS tools with the platform for an additional price of $1200 annually.

For eGifting and custom eGift collections, the fees will be waived, meaning you don’t have to pay for the sending and setup fees. The warehousing and inventory fees are also different, as they will be priced at $225 per month. Shipping fees can also be discounted under this tier. Lastly, you have the option to add a swag store to your plan, the price of which isn’t disclosed on CorporateGift’s website. This plan has a free trial that you can avail to see if its offered features align with your gifting needs.

Team

This last tier is the platform’s most expensive and advanced subscription plan. The plan’s price is dependent on your needs and will be quoted to you by CorporateGift’s sales team. It has everything from Power Gifter and more advanced features that are best suited if you have consistent, large gifting orders.

Under this tier, you won’t need to pay for any additional fees for integrations, eGifting, custom eGift collections, and warehousing and inventory since they are all part of the subscription fees. Features, such as multi-admin and unlimited users, budget management, and streamlined approval workflow, are also accessible under this tier. International sending is also feasible now as this tier allows you to send gifts outside of the US. You can also control your gift catalog and open a company swag store for your recipients. SSO login is also available under this tier.

USA shipping rates

As of July 2025, these are CorporateGift’s discounted shipping rates without markups.

Envelope (up to 10oz) - $9.90

Padded pack (up to 2.5 lbs) - $12.45

Small box (up to 20 lbs, 1 ½” x 12 ⅜” x 10 ⅞” size) - $13.95

Medium box (up to 20 lbs, 2 ⅜” x 13 ¼” x 11 ½”) - $17.20; price includes residential delivery, which typically includes an additional $6.55 FedEx charge.

Large box (up to 20 lbs, 7” x 15” x 11”) - $16.60 to $17.80; this pricing is calculated based on shipping from Las Vegas to Lawrence, Kansas.

Large box 2 (up to 20 lbs, 6” x 20” x 15”) - $11.60 to $27.60, which is calculated based on the delivery zone.

Based on these prices, for instance, if you need to ship 50 medium boxes to your recipients, it will cost you $860. This can be quite expensive if you have consistent gift campaigns.

Pros and Cons

Now, let’s check out CorporateGift.com’s advantages and disadvantages.

Pros

Global gift card availability: Aside from gifts, you also have the option to give your recipients digital gift cards from brands like Starbucks, Amazon, and Target. You also only need to pay for redeemed cards. However, gift cards are only available to Power Gifter and Team plans.

✅ Customization and variety: A lot of users have commended CorporateGift.com for its wide variety of gifts and customization options, as these enable users to tailor gifts to fit recipients’ tastes and preferences.

✅ Customer service: Most of CorporateGift’s reviews have also commented on the platform’s reliable customer support.

✅ Good security: CorporateGift is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant, ensuring the security of your and your recipients’ data.

Cons

Expensive pricing and shipping fees: CorporateGift’s prices can be a bit steep, according to many users. Some mention that using the service is expensive, with high shipping costs even for domestic gift sends.

Limited features for lower subscription tiers: A lot of the platform’s advanced features are only available to the Team plan; as such, it may not be suitable for you if you have a limited budget or only have occasional gifting needs.

Occasional technical difficulties: There are also concerns about the platform’s usability, with users citing that its user interface is not the most intuitive.

Less focused on swag: Since the platform is more focused on gifts, you may find its swag offerings limited. So, if you’re looking for both gifts and swag, CorporateGift may be lacking more swag options.

CorporateGift.com is best for…

… large enterprises with big budgets 👍

CorporateGift.com is a good option if you’re a large organization managing frequent, high-volume gifting programs. The platform’s bulk order features, inventory management, and support for multiple users/teams make it particularly effective for such use cases. However, these also come at a high cost as Team subscription fees are much more expensive compared to the Power Gifter plan ($199 monthly); as such, you would need a big or flexible budget to make the most of the platform’s features.

… US-based businesses gifting to local employees and clients 👍

With its headquarters in New Jersey, CorporateGift is most suitable for US-based companies. Its warehouse is also within the country, which means that its shipping is most efficient for domestic recipients. This US-centric approach is especially apparent for users on the Starter and Power Gifter plans, which currently only support gifting to recipients within the country.

… leaders who want to customize their gifts 👍

The extensive customization offered by the platform, from branded packaging to custom apparel and personalized notes, makes it a good choice if you want to tailor your recipients’ gifting experiences. The platform will provide you with digital mockups and design support to create tailored experiences for each recipient. This can then drive more engagement for your brand.

… busy teams looking to automate their gifting 👍

Since automation is CorporateGift’s standout feature, you can leverage it to set up triggers so your gifts are sent automatically based on events such as work anniversaries and onboarding. Integration with CRM and HRIS tools can also help you save time and reduce manual effort for your gifting programs.

CorporateGift.com may not be a good fit for…

… international companies that have global recipients 👎

Due to the company’s US-centric approach, global fulfillment is not its core strength. While international gifting is available for Team users, the costs can add up quickly, especially given the platform’s already steep domestic shipping fees. On top of that, customs duties and taxes are extra fees, and you would need to handle them directly. So, if you have teams or clients abroad, you may find CorporateGift’s capabilities very limited.

… organizations with limited or strict budgets 👎

While CorporateGift offers high-quality products, its advanced features are hidden behind high subscription fees or additional costs. For instance, there is an additional setup fee of $499 for eGift collections for Starter users and $1200 for CRM and HRIS tools for Power Gifter users. These costs, alongside shipping fees and gift prices, can add up quickly, making it less suitable if you have strict or limited budgets.

… businesses requiring consistently smooth usage experience 👎

While many users praise CorporateGift’s helpful support, there are occasional reports of minor usability snags or confusing experiences. This means that the platform doesn’t offer a consistently smooth usage experience, which can be frustrating, especially if you’re managing a lot of gift campaigns.

… teams that want to utilize both gifts and swag 👎

Planning on using gifts and swag to engage your recipients? Then CorporateGift may not be your best choice. This is mainly because the platform’s approach to managing company swag is less comprehensive compared to other platforms that focus on both swag management and corporate gifting

CorporateGift.com is a gifting platform designed primarily for large, US-based enterprises looking to streamline and personalize their corporate gifting campaigns. The platform particularly offers automated gifting, gift customization, and integration, which is ideal if you have busy teams or are focused on tailored gifting experiences. However, its higher cost and US-centric focus may not suit you if you have budget constraints or global gifting needs.

Looking for global swag solutions? Explore the best CorporateGift.com alternatives

If you’re looking for global swag solutions beyond CorporateGift’s primarily US-focused platform, several alternatives are worth exploring to better meet your international gifting needs. So, make sure to check out our list of CorporateGift.com’s alternatives here.

CorporateGift.com vs PerkUp, the #1 platform for affordable, global gifting and swag solutions

On the other hand, PerkUp offers both US and global solutions, providing a wide range of gift and swag options for both domestic and international recipients. The platform’s global warehousing network also allows it to offer lower international shipping fees.
