Journey brings hands-on experience across order processing, customer service, client experience, and operations support. With a strong foundation in keeping processes running smoothly, she collaborates closely with the team and continues growing in her role.

Outside of work, Journey balances creative and active passions. She played softball throughout elementary and high school and still loves getting back on the field. She also enjoys painting, doing makeup, playing the guitar, and taking photos with her growing collection of digital cameras. Fun fact. Journey sometimes sings on livestreams and has performed at weddings and events. When she’s not doing any of that, she’s likely rescuing cats. She currently has 11.
