Custom swag for a team offsite

Microsoft's CAP team was planning an offsite and needed custom swag for its attendees across a wide range of sizes.

The timeline was tight. Custom apparel with embroidery can take weeks to produce, and everything needed to arrive before the offsite, leaving little room for delays.

THE SOLUTION

Custom jackets and Owala bottles people actually want

PerkUp built the offsite swag around two items. The first was the Sport-Tek Insulated Letterman Jacket in black and vintage heather black, branded on the left chest and produced in 250 units across eight sizes, from XS to 4XL.

The second was the Owala FreeSip 24 oz, screen-printed on the side and ordered in three colorways: out of the blue, shy marshmallow, and very, very dark. Splitting 300 bottles evenly across three colors gave attendees a choice.

PerkUp shipped the full order to a single location, so the team had one delivery point and nothing to redistribute.

The full order came together in three weeks. That covered proofing, embroidery across 250 jackets in eight sizes, screen printing on 300 Owala bottles in three colorways, and delivery to one location.
