THE PROBLEM
Premium swag for a team offsite
Impiricus planned a June face-to-face offsite to bring the whole team together. They wanted premium branded swag to hand out at the event, and it all had to reach the Atlanta venue before the offsite began.
THE SOLUTION
Swag delivered to the venue on time
PerkUp built the offsite around premium brand-name items the team would actually keep and use: a Stanley IceFlow Bottle with Fast Flow Lid, Eddie Bauer Men's and Women's Smooth Mid Layer Fleece Vests, and a Brooks Brothers Oxford Small Travel Bag. Each was custom-branded with the method that suited the product: embroidery on the vests, screen print on the travel bag, and digital transfer on the bottle, so the Impiricus logo looked right on every item.
Rather than ship to individuals, PerkUp consolidated everything into a single coordinated delivery to the Atlanta venue. One address, one timeline, and proofs approved up front, which kept the order simple to manage and removed the risk of swag items trickling in from different directions before the event.
