With this update, you can:

• Send swag to just one address

• Tie shipments to an event in PerkUp

• Ship directly to a saved office address

• Upload a CSV of addresses with Bulk Address Upload

And no matter which option you choose, you can include as many products as you’d like—from on-demand items to inventory you’re storing in one of our warehouses.

1. Send to a Single Address

Need to ship swag to just one person? Enter their shipping details directly in PerkUp, choose the swag you want, and send it out with a few clicks. Perfect for sending gifts to a customer, partner, or employee without overcomplicating things.

2. Tie Shipments to an Event

Events are at the heart of how teams use PerkUp, and now swag shipments can be connected directly to them. When you create an event in PerkUp—like a conference, a team retreat, or a product launch—you can link swag orders to that event so everything stays organized. This makes it easy to track what’s being sent, who it’s for, and ensure every attendee gets their swag on time.

3. Ship to a Saved Office Address

If you’re sending swag to your own office (or multiple offices), you can now save those addresses inside PerkUp for quick access. Just pick the right location from your saved list, and your order is ready to go. No more re-typing the same office address every time you order.

4. Bulk Address Upload (CSV)

When you need to send the same swag to many people at once, you can now use Bulk Address Upload (CSV). Just upload your list of addresses, and PerkUp takes care of the rest—every recipient on your list gets the same items, shipped directly to them. This is especially useful for customer campaigns, new-hire kits, or event giveaways being shipped worldwide.

Keep Everyone in the Loop with Order Updates

We’ve also added a powerful new feature: you can now add extra email recipients for order updates.

• Add anyone inside your company’s PerkUp account (like teammates or managers).

• Add external contacts (like event coordinators, hotel staff, or even customers).

• Recipients don’t need a PerkUp account—just an email address.

They’ll receive tracking information and order status updates, so the right people always know when swag is on its way.

Mix and Match Your Swag

With all of these new shipping options, you can send one item or a bundle, mixing On Demand products with inventory from our warehouses. Whether it’s a t-shirt from your stored stock or a fresh mug printed on demand, it all works seamlessly together in one shipment.
