Send Warehoused Swag Directly to Events

Your stored inventory, now just a click away from the show floor.

For teams storing swag in one of our warehouses, we’ve added a new way to ship items directly to your event locations without the back-and-forth emails or manual coordination.

How it works

1. Add products to your event plan ahead of time

2. Go to the Swag tab → Send Swag → select To Event

3. Choose your event and destination address

4. Pick the warehoused products you want to send

5. Add additional recipients for shipment and tracking notifications

All shipments are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) whenever possible to help avoid customs delays and ensure smooth delivery worldwide.

This feature keeps your event teams equipped and your swag moving reliably, and on time.

Order Bulk Swag Directly for Events

Plan your event calendar once, then order swag at scale.

If you’re supporting multiple events throughout the quarter or year, you can now place bulk swag orders directly for those events—no need to route items through a warehouse first.

What you can do

• Add all upcoming events for the quarter or year

• Allocate products directly to specific events while building your cart

• Place one big bulk order (and save with volume discounts)

• Split product quantities across multiple event destinations

• Ship directly to each event within its delivery window

Example: Order 700 tote bags → Allocate 500 to Event A, 200 to Event B → We handle the rest.

This is the simplest, most cost-effective way to manage swag for a full event calendar.
